Consultancy

Alongside my academic work, I support organizations on human resource management and organizational behavior issues.

Over the past few years, I have successfully worked with more than 15 medium-sized and large organizations. These projects have involved leadership, employee engagement, workplace inclusion, organizational change, careers, well-being, and the impact of artificial intelligence on work.

My role is usually to help organizations better understand a situation before deciding what to do. Depending on the project, I may conduct interviews, design surveys, analyze data, lead workshops, or provide practical recommendations.

I try to bring together two things: the rigor of academic research and a clear understanding of organizational realities. My aim is always to provide advice that is useful, realistic, and adapted to the organization.
